Your parishioners can use email to contact the church outside of normal business hours. The parish office can respond more efficiently without the time demands of answering phone calls.
Q. Can I send email to my parishioners?
A. Yes. MyChurchandTown.com offers an email service that lets parishioners keep up to date on specific types of events and information. Parishioners can be informed of the latest changes in Parish programs without having to call the Rectory. As a pastor you can use this tool to communicate to your parishioners. This is a way to reach parishioners who are involved in parish ministries, such as CYO, CCD, Outreach Program, etc., but who are out of the mainstream of most parish events.
